Juliet Osei-Wusu

Juliet Osei-Wusu (Mrs.) is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Ghana with a robust background in law, governance, and public administration. With over a decade of experience spanning legal practice, administrative leadership, and policy coordination, she currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at the S&A Law and Consultancy Firm, Accra, Ghana. Juliet holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology, and is pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Energy and Environmental Law at the University of Birmingham, UK.

Her professional journey includes key roles at the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources of Ghana, Office of the President, Messrs. Kulendi@Law, and Zoomlion Ghana Limited. She has provided legal counsel at the highest levels of government, contributing to policy development and international representation in key environmental and mining conferences, including COP27, COP28, COP 29, the Bauxite and Alumina Conference 2022 and 2023, Mining Indaba 2024, amongst others.

She served as the principal liaison officer for the immediate past Minister for Lands and Natural Resources during his appointment as Co-Chair of the Forest and Climate Leaders’ Partnership (FCLP), facilitating coordination between the Minister’s office, international stakeholders, and the FCLP Secretariat. In this role, she played a key part in managing communications, supporting strategic engagements, and ensuring the timely execution of Ghana’s commitments to global climate and forest initiatives.

Juliet is known for her strong analytical skills, policy acumen, and attention to detail. She is highly adaptable, with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities, and has a proven track record of managing complex legal and administrative tasks in both national and international contexts.

She is married with two (2) kids.
