The Africa Centre for Nature-Based Climate Action (AC4NCA) has paid a courtesy call on the Danish Ambassador to Ghana, H.E. Jakob Linulf, as part of efforts to deepen strategic partnerships for climate and environmental action in Ghana and across the African continent. The Centre’s delegation was led by the Board Chair, Rev. Dr. Joyce R. Aryee.
During the meeting, the AC4NCA team conveyed its profound appreciation to the Ambassador for honouring the Centre’s invitation to the Africa Climate Dialogue and for Denmark’s longstanding support toward Ghana’s climate and environmental agenda.
Ambassador Linulf reiterated Denmark’s firm commitment to advancing climate action in Ghana, noting that Denmark places high priority on supporting countries that are driving sustainable, inclusive, and climate-resilient development. He emphasised that Denmark views partnerships with local institutions such as AC4NCA as essential for amplifying impact and accelerating the transition to a greener future.

Discussions during the engagement focused on expanding collaboration in key areas including Nature-Based Solutions, circular economy innovation, environmental education, and policy advocacy. The AC4NCA delegation also extended an invitation to the Danish Embassy to partner with the Centre for the 2026 edition of the Africa Climate Dialogue.
Speaking during the meeting, Rev. Dr. Joyce R. Aryee underscored the importance of collaboration and shared responsibility in addressing climate change. She noted that no single institution or country can tackle the climate crisis alone, stressing that partnerships between governments, civil society, and international allies remain critical for sustaining long-term progress.
“Climate action is most impactful when anchored in strong, purposeful collaboration,” she stated. “AC4NCA is committed to working closely with institutions like the Danish Embassy to scale solutions that can transform communities and safeguard our environment.”

AC4NCA reaffirmed its dedication to building and strengthening partnerships that support nature-positive, climate-resilient development in Ghana and across Africa.
